Our bags and totes aim to please, however If you are unhappy with your product, please contact us within 3 days of arrival and we'll get it straightened out. Returns will have original shipping cost deducted, must be received within 14 days of purchase, be unused, in original packing with tags attached and free of any smells, such as perfume or smoke.
